The Atlantic Hotel in Hamburg is a great choice. Wonderful location in front of the lake but also walking distance from the central train station. Rooms are beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. What made the difference was the young staff: high customer orientation and always willing to help and find solutions to our requests. We strongly recommend this hotel for anyone who would like to have a memorable experience in Hamburg.

The staff takes customer services to another level, probably that's how royalty feels like 👌 Breakfast is absolutely delicious and served perfectly. Congratulations! Will definitely return, I highly recommend this hotel if visiting Hamburg.

I booked this hotel as last-minute accommodation for a mother and child fleeing Ukraine. They arrive in the middle of the night to Hamburg after 17 hours on trains and just could not go any farther. I booked it because it was the only place left right at the train station. I am SO glad that I did. The staff went above and beyond to make my guests feel safe, cared for, and welcome. They told me that the beds were the best they had ever slept in, the food was delicious, and they were treated very well.

The location was excellent for where I needed to be for work, and I felt safe. I didn't use the breakfast option as I didn't need to, but the room itself was very spacious and comfortable; it was perfect to come back after long days and nights of work. Modern and suitably furnished apartment in a serene, but central location with proximity to main attractions. Well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. There is a supermarket "Edeka" a short distance away. Very professional and friendly staff. Due to flight changes, we were granted a late check out. Extremely helpful! Wonderful location in the Speicherstadt. The staff really is extraordinarily friendly and courteous. They even let us check-in early without extra charge. Breakfast was delicious, a big spread to choose from. Great bar as well.
